Heavy Rain: The Origami Killer a Sony PS3 exclusive videogame, developed by French studio Quantic Dream will debut fall 2009. The game is being directed by Quantic Dream's founder and CEO David Cage, who also wrote and directed, Omikron: The Nomad Soul and Fahrenheit.

Heavy Rain debut to an eager crowd at E3 in 2006, with Mary Willam Casting a real-time 3D prototype technology demo.The demo was run on a non-final Sony PS3 kit displayed at 720p.
